The Family Assessment Program offers information and assistance to help families resolve parent-child conflicts and concerns with an adolescent child's behavior.
Social work staff will meet with family members to help families identify available options. Alternatives to Family Court intervention, including Persons in Need of Supervisions (PINS) petition, will be considered.
Families are not required to have an open case with the Administration for Children's Services (ACS) to receive help.
You should go to the Family Court location in your borough. You will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointments will be taken.
